Privacy Policy

CeBee is operated by Applied Learning Group, Inc. This policy explains what we collect when you visit cebee.com, why, and what we do with it. It is short because the site does very little with your data.
The short version
- You can read every page on this site without telling us anything about yourself.
- There are no user accounts and no payments.
- We collect an email address only if you type one into one of our forms.
- We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone elses advertising.
What we collect
Your email address, if you give it to us
Two forms ask for an email address: Course launch updates in the site footer, and the newsletter sign-up on the Nurse Salary Guide. If you submit one, we store your email address, which list you joined, and the date. That is all we store not your name, not your location, not the pages you read.
Ordinary server records
Like any website, our servers record requests: the IP address the request came from, the browser and operating system it reports, the page requested, and the time. We use these to keep the site running, diagnose errors, and protect our forms from automated abuse. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
Cookies
This site sets a small number of cookies, and none of them are for advertising or analytics:
- a security cookie that protects our forms against cross-site request forgery;
- cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile, the service that checks form submissions are not automated.
Both are necessary for the site to work safely. If any advertising or analytics tracking is added in future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers, and only for the purposes described here:
- Our hosting provider, which operates the servers this site runs on.
- Cloudflare, whose Turnstile service checks that form submissions come from a person. Verifying a submission sends Cloudflare your IP address and a one-time token.
- An email delivery provider, used to send the messages you have asked for.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect the site, our users or our rights.
How we use your email address
Only for the thing the form said it was for telling you when courses go live, or sending the newsletter you signed up for. We will not add you to a different list, and we will not send you someone elses marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until the list it belongs to is no longer used. Server logs are kept only as long as they are useful for security and diagnostics.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any message we send using the link in it. You can also write to support@cebee.com and ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and we will.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information. Ask us and we will honour them.
Children
This site is intended for practising and student healthcare professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and our forms are protected against automated abuse. No website can promise perfect security, but we hold very little about you in the first place.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or who we share it with, we will update this page and the effective date above.
