CeBee is operated by Applied Learning Group, Inc. (“we”, “us”). These terms apply to your use of this website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
What CeBee is
CeBee publishes information for nurses and allied health professionals: articles, state continuing education requirement summaries, and salary data. It is a reference and reading site.
CeBee does not currently offer courses, award continuing education credit, or issue certificates. If that changes, these terms will change with it and the effective date above will be updated.
This is information, not advice
Nothing on this site is medical, clinical, legal, financial or professional advice, and reading it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Clinical decisions are yours and your employer’s to make, in the context of the patient in front of you.
State continuing education requirements
The state requirement pages summarise rules published by licensing boards. Those rules change, boards interpret them, and our summaries can be out of date or incomplete. They are a starting point, not an authority. Before you rely on anything here for a licence renewal, confirm it with your own board — each page links to the board that governs it.
You are responsible for meeting your own licensure requirements. We are not.
Salary data
Salary figures are drawn from published survey data and describe historical averages for a place and a role. They are not an offer, a prediction, or a guide to what any individual should be paid.
Using the site
You may read, print and share our pages for your own professional and personal use. Please do not:
- republish our content as your own, or scrape it in bulk;
- attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or account you have not been granted;
- interfere with the site or the people using it, including by automated flooding of our forms;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may withdraw access from anyone doing these things.
Our content
The articles, page text, layout, graphics and compiled data on this site belong to Applied Learning Group, Inc. or to the authors credited on them, and are protected by copyright. Third-party names and marks mentioned on the site belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
We link to licensing boards, government pages and other outside sources. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or do.
Email updates
If you give us your email address through one of our forms, we will use it to send you what that form described — nothing else. You can stop at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by writing to support@cebee.com. How we handle that address is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free.
No warranty
The site and everything on it is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Applied Learning Group, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, or from any action you take in reliance on information published here.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept it.
